A creative dramatics approach to children's literature. Each session is a new adventure for students and their adult as they bring a story to life with dramatization, crafts, and creative movement all based on the story selected for that class. instructor: Erika Navin min/max students 6/10

Each day is a new adventure as students explore distant lands through creative dramatics. Through dramatization, crafts, singing, and creative movement student's imaginations take them everywhere from the Moon to Africa. instructor: Kathryn Goede & Erika Navin min/max students 6/10
Creative Dramatics $48

Thursdays 4:30 p.m. - 5:30 p.m.
Children's poetry and folk tales will serve as the basis of this energetic acting class. Through the use of creativity, improvisation, dialogue and movement exercises, young actors will learn how to bring the written page to life on stage. instructor: Kathryn Goede min/max students 6/10
Monologues & Auditions $48
Ages 9 - 15
Mondays 5:15 p.m. - 6:15 p.m.
Students will learn basic audition techniques and choose a monologue from selections provided by the instructor. Students will discuss monologue objectives, tactics, and pacing. They will rehearse their monologue and then present their piece in an audition-like situation. This course is not only good for preparing for auditions; it is a great introduction to acting and will help build confidence on the stage.
