Classic folk songs will have an added sparkle of seasonal favorites as the SIDENOTES CABARET presents FESTIVE FOLK, December 7 – 11, 2022 in the Marla Eichmann Studio Theater of
Sunset Playhouse, located at 700 Wall Street in Elm Grove, Wisconsin.
Talented singer/musicians SARA HUBERTZ, DON LOBACZ, HAL MILLER, and MAX WILLIAMSON are presenting popular tunes by artists including Woody Guthrie, Bob Dylan, Indigo Girls, John Denver, and Peter, Paul and Mary. HUBERTZ has performed every genre from rock ’n roll to opera, appearing in and around southeastern Wisconsin with various organizations and with her duo The Acousticats. LOBACZ, who also serves as Music Director for the production, has worked with Broadway Baby Dinner Theatre, Boulevard Theatre, and as lead singer with BtW Classic, a 10-piece show band. MILLER has performed with Louie Bellson, Bob Hope, The Four Lads, and a variety of other entertainers. WILLIAMSON, a stage and film actor who has performed locally with Off The Wall Theatre and Splinter Group, is making his debut performance at the Playhouse. The show is written and directed by SideNotes Producer PEGGY PETERSON RYAN.
Performances of FESTIVE FOLK are Wednesday through Saturday, December 7-10 at 7:30 p.m. and Sunday, December 11 at 2:00 p.m.
