MADAGASCAR KIDS
Ages: Enrolled in grades 2 – 5
Cost: $225/student
There are two separate casts for MADAGASCAR KIDS. You can register for the WILD cast or the FREE cast. Please note dates/times differences and register for the cast that best fits your family’s schedule.
Sunset School for the Arts is producing MADAGASCAR KIDS. Join us for this opportunity to perform on our Sunset Playhouse Marla Eichmann Studio Theater stage. This exciting program will give students the experience of going through an entire rehearsal and performance process. Participants will learn theater skills as they move through the magical process of producing a musical. All Students who register are cast in the production.

ANNIE JR
Ages: Enrolled in grades 6 – 10
Cost: $300/student
Sunset School for the Arts is producing ANNIE JR. Join us for this opportunity to perform on our Furlan Auditorium stage. This exciting program will give students the experience of going through an entire rehearsal and performance process. Participants will learn theater skills as they move through the magical process of producing a musical.
All Students who register are cast in the production. The first two days of the session will be auditions (audition information will be emailed after session registration).

Dorothy Meets Alice or The Wizard of Wonderland
Auditions are available for students in grades 7 – 12.
ALL STUDENTS interested in being cast in Dorothy Meets Alice or The Wizard of Wonderland must audition. Actors must be available for ALL tech rehearsals and performances to be cast.
Tuition of $300 will be paid upon the acceptance of a role – There is NO FEE to audition.

This new play version of the delightful meeting of two of literature’s most famous young ladies unfolds when a young man puts off a book report till the last minute, then suddenly finds himself in a strange place somewhere between Oz and Wonderland. It then becomes his responsibility to unscramble the stories and steer the familiar characters—the Cowardly Lion, the Mad Hatter, the Scarecrow and the White Rabbit, among others—to their ultimate destinations while avoiding the Wicked Witch and the Red Queen. This hilarious, adventuresome romp is filled with laughter and surprises at every turn. And a couple of lessons emerge along the way as well.

Sunset School for the Arts will be casting 12 dedicated, committed, fabulous queens creating two casts. Each cast member will play a queen for one cast and then a lady in waiting for the second cast. All actors will perform in all 6 performances.
We are also excited to be auditioning a LIVE STUDENT PIT for this production! We are seeking auditions to fill the 3 amazing pit roles of Maggie (Guitar), Bessie (Bass), Maria (Drums).
