Our box office will open for in-person gift certificate sales on December 1, 2020.

 

Ticket sales for our 2020-21 Season productions will begin on 4/1/21.

Single tickets for selected 2020-21 productions will go on sale April 1, 2021. Tickets will be released for future productions on a monthly basis.

REDEEMING VOUCHERS/COUPONS & GIFT CERTIFICATES
Thank you for attending our shows.  Here’s some helpful information for you:

Sunset Vouchers, Special Coupons, and Entertainment Book Coupons may not be processed over the phone or online. Patrons may either stop by the box office or mail the coupon/certificate to The Playhouse. All vouchers must be presented to the box office in order to redeem tickets from Will Call.  Sunset Vouchers, Entertainment Coupons and other coupons are not redeemable for SideNotes Cabarets and Special Events and are not redeemable for the final week of a Furlan Auditorium production – week 3 if a play, week 4 if a musical.  Starting January 1, 2021, Entertainment coupons will no longer be honored.

Please call the box office for assistance in using these vouchers and discount options: 262-782-4430. If you are transferred to voice mail, please be sure to leave a message with your full name and phone number and a box office representative will return your call.

PERFORMANCE INFORMATION

Box Office and lobby open 30 minutes before performances.  When lobby opens, please enter and move directly to your seats.  

Due to COVID-19 we will not offer concessions at the performances and pre and post show lobby gatherings will not be permitted.

SEATING CHART

Click the link below to view a seating chart of our theater. Seating is subject to availability  and has been  altered due to COVID-19 for social distancing guidelines. For specific information about seating availability, please contact the Box Office at boxoffice@sunsetplayhouse.com. 

All patrons, regardless of age, must have their own ticket. Children 4 years of age and up are welcome to attend our shows when accompanied by an adult. For the comfort of all, lap-sitting is not permitted.

All patrons must hold a ticket and masks will be required until further notice.  If you are ill on the night of your scheduled performance, please call the box office to reschedule.

REFUND & EXCHANGE POLICY

If you are feeling sick or are running a temperature, please DO NOT come to the theater.  You will be able to exchange your ticket for another performance or production. All titles are subject to availability.

Vouchers for a specific show/series may be used only for that show/series as listed on the voucher.  Vouchers are not transferable from one season to another. Vouchers not used by the end of the Season are void.

PAYMENT & SERVICE FEES

We accept cash, check, Visa, Mastercard and Discover in person or on the phone during Box Office hours.  For orders online, we accept Visa and Mastercard.

All individual tickets purchased over the phone will be charged a $1.00 per ticket, non-refundable phone order fee.

All individual tickets purchased online are charged a $3.00 per-ticket, non-refundable service fee.  Onine tickets sales will not be available until further notice due to COVID19.

Why charge a service fee?

These service fees are in place so we can continue to provide these convenient ordering methods. The service fees cover our cost to our parent ticketing software company, Patron Manager.
