Meet the cast:
TIM GENSLER (Frank Kosinski, Lifelong Packer fan and season ticket holder) – Tim is excited and grateful to return to the Sunset stage, where he was last seen in Sunset’s 2011 production of GUYS ON ICE (Marvin). Since 1978, he has been an active volunteer here, both onstage and off, as well as a Life Member and season ticket holder. Special thanks to Mary, his wife of almost 40 years, for her encouragement and patience!
CORY KLEIN (Edgar Nimwitz, Gabby’s husband, mild-mannered English professor) – Cory’s recent Sunset credits include LOVE, SEX AND THE IRS (Floyd), THE SPITFIRE GRILL (Joe), FOUR WEDDINGS AND AN ELVIS (Stan), and SHE LOVES ME (Mr. Maraczek). He was also seen at Waukesha Civic Theatre in MURDER ON THE ORIENT EXPRESS (Hercule Poirot) and THE LANGUAGE ARCHIVE (Resten).
CAITLIN KUJAWSKI COMPTON (Rhonda Kafura, Frank’s eldest daughter, doesn’t understand football) – Caitlin is excited to return to the Sunset stage following last year’s production of THE SPITFIRE GRILL. She is also excited to put her years of Packer game attendance to work, and used her lifetime pass to the Packer Hall of Fame for research. Caitlin’s favorite roles include Laura (SIGNIFICANT OTHER), Queen Gertrude (HAMLET) and, of course, Effie (SPITFIRE GRILL).
SARAH BRIANA MONAHAN (Gabby Nimwitz, Frank’s middle daughter, as big a fan as her father) – Sarah’s Sunset roles include Emily in ELF THE MUSICAL, Bev in FOUR WEDDINGS AND AN ELVIS, Audrey in LEADING LADIES, Ensemble in MARY POPPINS, Lucinda in INTO THE WOODS, Grace in THE BEST CHRISTMAS PAGEANT EVER, and Morticia in ADDAMS FAMILY MUSICAL. She would like to thank Tim and everyone who babysat for her during rehearsals.
LILY NIELSEN (Cordy Kosinki, Frank’s youngest daughter, family peacekeeper) – Lily is thrilled to return to Sunset where she was last seen in SHE LOVES ME. She is a senior at Wauwatosa East High School where she is president of the theater club. Outside of theater, Lily is an active member of her orchestra, French, and choir programs. She hopes to study theater or journalism in college. Go, Pack, go!
JORDAN PAULLIN (Ralph Kafura, Rhonda’s Packer-loving husband) – Jordan is thrilled to return to the Playhouse following his appearance as Felix/Ensemble in YOUNG FRANKENSTEIN. He would like to thank girlfriend Brianna, his family, and friends for their love and support, and hopes you enjoy the show (unless you’re a Bears fan).
