Hooray for Hollywood! Musical MainStage is delighted to present its first show dedicated to those movie musicals we know and love—like Singing in the Rain, Oliver, Top Hat, and Little Shop of Horrors. We’ll give a special nod to Disney animation and a tip of the topper to musical Oscar winners.

Four of the area’s finest performers will deliver some of your favorite songs from the silver screen. Our guys: Adam Estes and Marty McNamee. Our gals: Karen Estrada and Taryn Whipple. Joining them will be University School freshwoman Gabi Musickant. So much adorableness and talent on one stage we can hardly stand it.

Guiding us through the proceedings will be hosts Susan Loveridge and Joe Nolan. And one of your favorite performers, Kerry Hart, will hold down the grand piano as Music Director. (Fingers crossed we’ll get her to sing a song!) Our ever-jovial drum-chum Tim Karth will wield the sticks. So come on out–it won’t be long before you’re tapping your toes and singing along (you know you want to!)
