Emily Imig
Sunset could not be more thrilled to point the spotlight on a new volunteer!
How did you first start volunteering at Sunset?
My mom was volunteering when there were paint calls. I joined her one day to
help paint SOMETHING ROTTEN and mentioned that I went to school for theater
and they asked me to help do on stage crew for NEWSIES, And so my
volunteering journey began.
Do you have a funny Sunset story?
As of right now no but I’m sure as I continue to volunteer there will be funny
stories.
When you’re not at Sunset, what do you like to do?
You will most likely find me at work, loving on dogs, (I work at a doggie day
care). But you can also find me hanging with friends or at home creating art.
What’s your favorite part about theater?
Watching everything come together. Seeing each element (props, set, lights,
costumes and actors) come together and create a story.
THANK YOU ON BEHALF OF SUNSET PLAYHOUSE AND OUR PATRONS!
