How did you first start volunteering at Sunset?
I just moved to Wisconsin from Arizona a couple months ago, and I wanted to throw myself into the theatre circles here. I just so happened to be looking up theatres the day before Nuncrackers’ auditions and I just knew I had to go for it! Wonderful decision.
When you’re not at Sunset, what do you like to do?
Something I’ve fallen in love with is practicing yoga or dance routines off YouTube. It’s really been helpful for my balance and wellbeing.
What’s your favorite part about theater?
I love the energy that comes from the audience. Sometimes it helps me make new discoveries in scenes by seeing their reaction. I find humor in places I might not have before. It keeps a play fresh and exciting when performing multiple shows a week.
