Dear Sunset Family,
With the public health emergency declared by Wisconsin Gov. Evers due to the global coronavirus (COVID-19) pandemic, Sunset Playhouse will be cancelling all performances and school classes beginning March 16 through March 29, 2020.
This action is taken out of concern for the safety and health of our patrons, employees, volunteers, and students.
All ticket holders for our SideNotes Cabaret: RAMBLIN’ RHODE AND THE ROADHOUSE ROWDIES, March 19 – 22, 2020 will be contacted concerning options available due to the cancellation of this wonderful Cabaret.
As a nonprofit arts organization, we rely heavily on your support via donations and ticket sales. When you speak with a box office representative concerning your tickets for RAMBLIN’ RHODE AND THE ROADHOUSE ROWDIES, we hope you will be able to exchange these tickets for one of our other wonderful 2019-20 productions. If you cannot, we ask that you please consider donating back the value of your ticket (as a tax-deductible contribution) rather than asking for a refund.
Our 2020-2021 Season Preview Party scheduled for March 23, 2020 is also cancelled. All season ticket holders will be mailed their renewal packets the week of March 23, 2020. Our exciting 2020-21 Season will be announced on our website on March 24, 2020 and season brochures will be available in the lobby. anticipate a large volume of calls in the next few days and appreciate your patience as we try to respond to everyone’s questions as quickly as possible.
